	* Release: 1.3.2
	- Depend on ncm-ncd 1.3.2 or higher.

	The code in v1.3.0 was fine, but depended on a new version of
	ncm-ncd, which was not expected, and broke CERN
	upgrades. Let's make the dependency explicit.
