	- allow for proxy servers to be randomized
	
	Provide a new option 'proxyrandom' that defaults to 'no' (i.e. preserving
	old behaviour). If set to 'yes', then the list of proxy is put into        
	random order to avoid all clients hitting the same proxy server.
